Legal and Organizational - Technical
Marketing personnel can manage basic start-up tasks such as incorporation,
opening bank accounts and development of documents such as bylaws, antitrust
guidelines and Intellectual Property Rights policies. Technical Marketing
also runs elections and votes, and monitors adherence to bylaws.
Accounting and Finance - Technical
Marketing processes association accounts payable and receivable, coordinates
tax filings, handles collections, and prepares detailed financial reports
and budgets.
